THE BRIEF
This was a brand new family home, beautifully built by Watt Homes to maximise space, and to showcase its high-end finishes and exceptional construction. Featuring raked ceilings, custom-made barn doors and beautiful oak floors, this home was always going to beautiful! A project we were grateful to be involved in, completing all interior and exterior painting works.
WHAT WE DID
The team worked from the outside in on this project, first completing our works to the exterior of the upper level and to the raked soffit over the rear patio. This raked soffit carried inside to the living area ceiling, and is one of our favourite features of this home!
Once inside, we were able to take full advantage of this being a brand new (and therefore empty) home, allowing us to complete our painting of the woodwork using spray finishes. The black barn doors were removed and completed by our team off-site, before being re-hung at the completion of the remainder of our interior works.
Lastly, we returned to the exterior to finish off the ground level after all construction and ground works had been completed, to ensure a clean finish was provided.
