PROJECT CONDA

THE BRIEF

Our clients’ family home needed to be refreshed both internally and externally,  including their roof. Whilst they knew the repaint was required, they were undecided as to whether they should retain their existing colour scheme, or transform their home completely with new colours inside and out. With the assistance of one of our Colour Consultants, they selected a whole new range of colours, and a complementary wallpaper for the interior.

WHAT WE DID

We completed this project in two stages, commencing with the interior. The team provided a full repaint to all ceilings, walls, doors and architraves, and also uplifted the existing clear-coated staircase timber handrail and balustrade by painting it, to suit the style of the rest of the home. Their chosen vinyl wallpaper was then installed to the walls adjacent to the staircase and to the dining room  to add not only a nice focal point, but one that would also withstand the little hands of grandchildren running up and down, or around the table at dinner time.

The second stage of this project was to repaint the full exterior of the home, which we began with the roof. This was taken from a traditional Manor Red to a more modern colour, Monument. From there, the team worked down to the ground, repainting everything in between and transforming the look of the home as we went. We finished off by re-spraying the garage panel-lift doors, and added a feature colour to the front entrance columns.
