THE BRIEF
This project was completed as a part of a renovation to this family home in Clayfield. Our clients undertook a remodel of their lower level including kitchen, living and outdoor entertaining areas, and requested that we also undertake additional painting works to the home, including the repainting of their aluminium windows, and the coating of their paved driveway and pathways.
WHAT WE DID
We commenced this project with our painting works to the main surfaces of the renovated area, both internally and externally. This included the completion of the new raked ceiling to the outdoor entertaining area, and the creation of a statement fireplace in the living room.
Once the main elements of the renovation were completed, we continued with some additional painting works to the existing interior of the home, before we moved on to our more unique elements of the project! We were tasked to repaint our clients’ aluminium windows and doors throughout the home, transforming them from cream to black. These were completed using specialist products and spray techniques, which will provide a hardwearing finish for many years to come.
Lastly, to tie all elements of the home together, we returned to apply a coloured sealer to all pavers to the driveway and pathways surrounding the home. This has taken the pavers from terracotta to a charcoal grey, which look beautiful against the refreshed home!
